- 10AM: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, spinach, bacon, and mozzarella cheese
- Coffee with heavy cream
- Fage Total with fresh blueberries
- Kale and spinach salad with tomatoes, bleu cheese, strawberries, blueberries
- Few raw macadamias
- Chicken and broccoli stir-fry
Woke-up today at 198.8. I really need to stop stepping on the scale. I suppose I’m desperate to see results, fast, but that’s not happening. I can see the change in my face and body start to take shape, but I’ve plateaued with my weight for sure. Going to stick to the Intermittent Fasting routine today. Had my cup of bulletproof coffee and brought my breakfast to the office. Will start the meal clock at 10AM and shut it down at 8PM again. I’m hoping after a couple days the results will kick-in a bit more.
No workout today, but I plan to hit the trail again tomorrow. It’s a great run, almost 5 miles, with a few tough inclines.
